Ash & Vief ♡ twinning!

Over the summer, we both managed to buy Milky Planet in yellow, so here’s a bit of a crap picture of the first time we wore it out, in August of 2010:

London trip, September 2010

Day 1: L’oiseau Blue again, in a little shop in Chinatown.

Day 2: Milky Planet at Piccadilly Circus. Kate also managed to get Milky Planet in yellow and since it was her birthday trip, we managed to ask some London lolitas to join us in an epic day of a Milky Planet Universe! There’s Ada on the left and Kyra in the middle – the only pink in a sea of yellow. :D

We ran into photographer Pat Lyttle – the blob on the left is his head taking our photo, see the photos he took here which he later used in an exhibition about Japanese street style! He has a book, too, check it out.

Day 3: AP’s Dreaming Macaron with Buzz Lightyear made of Lego. （*´▽｀*）

F.A.C.T.S., October 2010

[So this is the month that I lost. October 2010. I also had a few nice photos taken by a professional photographer and they have vanished as well, but I’m going to stop thinking about it now.]

FACTS is the biggest science fiction and comic fair in the Benelux, there are rooms full of stands and games and special panels and such, and there are cosplayers and lolitas as well. In 2010, Kate and I had a little stand where we sold things, and Ash was helping us out. One day we matched in Fairy Kei outfits and the other day we did another Milky Planet quintuplet with Lunie and Kitch, who are also Belgian lolitas.

2011:

In February, Lunie invited us to celebrate her birthday in Brussels. Kate, Ash and I are all wearing Dreaming Macaron in different colourways.

In March, it was time for Made In Asia – another Belgian convention. This convention is smaller than FACTS but focused on Asian culture so it was a better audience for us. Ash and I had a stand for three days. We only twinned on one day with apples and strawberries, but since that outfit is coming up in various other forms later on, I decided to put up a picture of the purikura we did! Apple sunglasses FTW! (｡♥‿♥｡)

That’s such an amazing post ! I’ve liked all your twinning coordinations since I saw them. You both are so gorgeous, and do super-duper-cute twinnings (even when you don’t wear the same dress, everything match so well that I don’t notice it at the first look). ❤️ The first time I saw you both you were twinning Dreaming Macaron at hyper Japan, by coincidence I was wearing the same print. You both looked totally amazing and I was super shy to speak to you, but you were both super loverly and I got a pic together with us all wearing the same print. It made me so happy even tho your outfits looked miles better it inspired me to try harder, you are both the best Lolita twins.
Who would have thought years later I would get to go hang out in Paris and go to the AP tea party and expo with you! Stay magical.
